PERSPECTIVE

While other institutions offer a variable mix of attractive education aligning with industry spec requirements for knowledge & skill then competence we need educated masses a a majority 90-98% of all citizens

I, Dr Sydney Nicola Bennett do not want people focusing too much time in their private lives outside of professional while obtaining so they can still balance both with obligations while meeting requirements in a condensed approach to learning 

2-3 hours after 6-10 hour shifts daily or less then the same on one of two weekends or equivalent in days off for family obligations then healthy interests 

I also support a 3-4 day or less equivalent work week with 2-3 weeks off annually in annually equivalent "less is more" equal pay or higher pay with controls in annually with the 3-4+ Tier agenda
